Project Manager

EBS Integrator is accepting applications for the Project Manager position.
We are a team of professionals with more than 12+ experience on EMEEA market, developing top-quality Cloud, iOS, Android and Web application services. We are looking for an experienced team member for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
EBS Project Manager is generally responsible for the completion of a company’s most important projects, and as such, they need to have excellent leadership skills, coordination abilities, and motivational skills.
Our goal makes software development easy and reliable for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Manages one or more cross-functional projects of low to medium complexity;
Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation, and final delivery (potential shadowing);
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts;
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers;
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations;
Enhance company and department reputation by accepting ownership, exploring new possibilities, and adding value to the organization;
Make sure all engineers have a relevant understanding of the business domain and business processes of the team’s customers.

What are we looking for in our Project Manager?

Must possess broad knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques;
1 or more years of IT work experience;
1 or more years managing projects. Experience with projects in one or more technologies and multiple functions;
Project Management certification is preferred;
Have great presentation skills and ability to lead meetings with the client and teams;
Can demonstrate great communication skills and are able to identify stakeholders and establish communications with the client and inside the team;
Good experience in applying Agile in software delivery;
Understanding of best practices to be used in all phases of SDLC;
