Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

Working closely with stakeholders and/or clients on product deadlines, course of action and expected results.
Creating milestones and project plans.
Create technical requirements that are comprehensible to the development team.
Manage backlog and prioritise tasks with stakeholders.
Ability to work with various graphic tools and create schemes, diagrams and workflows (ex. miro board, excel spreadsheets, Jira, Confluence etc.).
Weekly and Monthly planning of the entire team’s workload, based on current priorities and roadmaps.
Constant monitoring and assessment of the team’s productivity at every stage.
Monthly Reporting (all projects/separate projects).
Performing occasional researches, mood boards, analysis for future potential projects.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Skills and abilities:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in IT
Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, API’s and web technologies.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodology. Conduct daily meetings, sprint plannings and retrospective meetings to collect metrics regarding employee productivity.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. This is a MUST!!!
Attention to details and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
Experience using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to maintain a positive approach even when the team lacks motivation or faces a difficult issue.
