As an Owner-Operator Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified owner-operators to join our network. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing owner-operators, ensuring that our team is comprised of skilled and reliable professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively source and identify potential owner-operators through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications, experience, and suitability of prospective owner-operators.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current owner-operators to enhance retention and satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all owner-operator interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
