Operational Analyst

Moorwand is expanding its Operational team and is looking for an Operational and Business Analyst to provide support to its Operations team in its Chisinau office.
Primary responsibility will start with the regulatory and management reporting. This requires gathering data from multiple internal sources and clients to compile and meet strict deadlines. Being organised, proactive and able to work with a variety of stakeholders will be key to success.
However, beyond this, it is a broad role with scope for the right person to develop a crucial function, adding value to teams and management across the business, providing insight, saving time and assisting decision-making.
Job Description

Working in the company ticketing system
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors; promptly answer the questions of internal Teams and clients;
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager; develop and assist in improvement plans;
Analysing issues raised by internal teams and clients and resolving them quickly and professionally;
Customers and clients' complaints handling responsibilities, record, and resolution;
Enhance Management Information reporting processes, both for regulatory reports and to senior management; support the automation process across the business;
Ensure data files/ excels/ internal documents are updated and standardized across different teams and the business;
Prepare reports for internal and external audiences;
Work with various team managers to understand their data requirements and develop efficient output - dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.

Essential Requirements:

Fluent English (B2 level and above) is a must;
Experience in FinTech will be an advantage;
Ability to work with teams across the business and clients;
Analytical skills; ability to analyze big amounts of data;
Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows;
Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations;
Ability to quickly switch between different tasks;
Fast learning; ability to navigate through extensive content to extract essential details;
Good communication skills.
