KeepUp is an international IT company. We opened a new company office in Chisinau in 2022 and continue to expand the team with new specialists.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Customer Support team to provide the highest quality support and problem-solving for customers integrated into our platform.
The position provides a convenient work schedule as well as the opportunity to practice foreign languages and improve communication skills. We are looking for a person interested in long-term cooperation and willing to respond to customer requests and solve product problems with the team. An analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.
You will:
Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.
Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.
Consider complaints.
Report technical and other problems to your manager.
We expect you to have:
Experience in operating or supporting a 24/7 high-availability service/platform.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of spoken and written Hungarian.
Be able to work day and night shifts.
