Manual QA Engineer

EBS Integrator is accepting applications for the Manual QA Engineer position.

Technical Requirements:

4 + years experience in QA field/ taking part in User Acceptance Testing is a plus;
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, technics, tools, and processes;
Experience with test case design, test planning, and execution;
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Monday) and test management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail);
Understanding of WEB and Mobile testing;
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting;
Ability to analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to derive test scenarios and cases;
Attention to detail to ensure thorough test coverage and accurate defect documentation;
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and methodologies.

Will be considered as a huge plus:

Rest API testing is a plus;
Experience with performance and/or security testing would be a plus;
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, technical and design documents, to provide feedback and ensure alignment throughout the development process;
Collaborating with business analytics and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and test plans;
Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, checklists, requirements traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage and facilitate knowledge sharing;
Conducting various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, sanity testing, smock testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking bugs found during testing, and working with developers to resolve them effectively;
Contributing to process improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to testing methodologies, tools, and practices to increase efficiency and effectivenes;
Communicating test results, progress updates, and any potential risks or issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
