Implementation of continuous improvement process (KVP) projects launched together with the production, logistics and quality department.
Responsible for collecting, evaluating and implementing suggestions for improving production, logistics, engineering and quality processes.
Supervision of production, logistics, quality staff for the use of management methodology (6S Lean Management in manufacturing: sort, set, shine, space, standardize, sustain, safety).
Organize and support workshops on lean management (6S, 5Why, 7Wastes, Kaizen approach, PDCA Cycle, Value Stream Mapping).
Performing courses to improve the knowledge and skills of the employees listed above.
Cooperation in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

Use of AutoCAD software, to design and implement wiring parts and equipment safety parts to improve workflow.
Developed design drawings for production flow analysis to identify ways to reduce production time and improve efficiency, where we designed the protective housing for the Porsche Macan wiring harness that reduced
errors by 95%.
Conducting tests following mistakes in production such as (wrong entries, safety testing, tool testing, timing of work processes).
We developed technical drawings to be passed on to internal executives in the departments :
logistics, engineering, quality, production, security, which optimized the work process and the workplace.

program for the power station that records faults created in the wiring to optimize the process of identifying errors occurring during the workflow.

I was part of the analysis team in the engineering department where I created a spreadsheet (Excel) that filtered errors by: working days, shift, workstation, housing code and cable code, which optimized the work process and reduced error finding time and extra expense
