-Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of all activities relevant to the Protection team;
-Identify opportunities to collaborate and coordinate efforts with other organizations, authorities and other relevant stakeholders;
-Support with the creation of reports in line with ACTED internal procedures and donor guidelines;
-Participate in the recruitment of Protection field staff;
-Organize the work plans and day-to-day activities of the Protection Case Workers
Working in an NGO who provide the necessary assistance to the refugees and coordinate their transport from the borders of Ukraine in different region of Moldova and Romania, making sure everyone has a shelter.
We distribute hygiene products for refugees, we provide information about the free flight schedule for them, and we make sure that they are accommodated in authorized centers all over the country.
Personal responsibilities:
-Assist with the preparation of the work plan and time schedules for implementing the activities.
-Support the Project Manager in the preparation of progress and final reports, ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical information for activities.
-Administration and Operational Management of activities implementation.
-Assess the activities undertaken and control efficient use of resources.
