Summary
I am a software quality assurance manager, who has undergone every stage of functional QA organization hierarchy starting with software QA engineer, obtaining good understanding of software life cycle, QA principles and techniques as well as solid experience in communication with client and finding solutions for non-trivial management tasks.
Having worked in the industry for a worldwide leader in financial software industry for more than three years I gained a significant knowledge of development and QA processes within large and complex projects, and can tell the difference between “checking an application” and “assuring the quality of an application”

Quality Assurance Manager at Allied Testing
February 2009 - Present (1 year 3 months)
Daily routine presumes client-targeted activities, assuring the client is fully satisfied with the job performed by my team. It includes:
• Development and optimization of the QA plans (MS Project, Mercury Quality Center), matching them for delivery plans of the product as well as for the client’s expectations on the quality.
• Review and optimization of the test scenarios targeting to provide maximum quality and coverage in tight time schedule.
• Fast reactivity on any clients’ inquiries.
• Forecasting any functional or environmental restrictions and adjusting the QA activities in accordance with them.
• Close control of the quality of the job and regular detailed reporting to the client (conference calls, regular reports), providing needed transparency and visibility.
