I have worked primarily as a mobile phone and computer technician however i have developed a wide variety of skills that help me to adjust in any role. I am a very hardworking person and I have worked at different stores in different areas of work and gained much knowledge and learned from each experience.

I am able to communicate effectively with all customers. I am approachable and friendly ensuring the highest level of customer service. I answer any problems or questions customers may have to the best of my ability and try to adhere to the time frame for any repairs given. I am well organized, a good listener and try my best to help however I can.

I am computer literate and have completed academic courses relating to this field. I am able to work with a large range of electronic items from phones to laptops to full computer systems including both hardware and software aspects.

I am eager to learn new things and as this field is always changing and evolving, I keep my knowledge up to date with the newest advancements regarding phones, laptops, ipads, tablets, computers and all other IT related things.

I have worked individually and as part of a team. I am very co operative and have leaned many things from my colleagues over the years. I also have experience as a business owner as well as being an employee.
