- Assist the Supply Chain Officer with preparing and conducting initial review of requests for quotations, purchase requisitions and bids analysis summaries, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals and review contracts in full compliance with IOM rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage and coordinate drivers of the Mission and other transportation issues relevant to the needs of the Mission.
- Drive EUBAM office vehicles.
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle to ensure roadworthiness of the vehicles. This includes daily checks of tyres, brakes, engine oil, fan belt, etc.
- Arrange for minor repairs and ensure that the vehicles are kept clean.
- Keep records of spare parts for the vehicles and conduct monthly inventory of the spare parts.
- Ensure that the vehicles undertake regular service intervals.
- Make sure that the vehicles always have a full tank of fuel prior to departure on trips to the field.
- Find the most direct routes over the best available roads to the destination.
- Ensure that the EUBAM vehicles are used only for official/authorized business, as advised by the supervisor and in compliance with the provisions of the EUBAM internal rules for use of Mission vehicles.
