Position: Executive Director
ProvenKH Investments (Pty) Ltd is a consulting and advisory company in Facilities and Property management based in Manzini, Eswatini. It is a startup company and also mentors out-of-school youth with skills for improved livelihoods and entrepreneurial start.

Entity: Allegiance Investments (Pty) Ltd - April 2012 to January 2022
Position: Operations and Finance Director
Allegiance Investments (Pty) Ltd is a property management company based in Matsapha, Eswatini. Managed an asset portfolio of over $8 million, with tenants ranging from office to industrial customers. Financial and Management Accounting Managed day-to-day control of the Finance department. Ensured compliance with strict accounting deadlines and had the role of VAT liaison officer. Department Budgets and forecasts with variance reviews. Fixed Asset reporting in excess of $5 million. Prepared annual company accounts and tax computations for Audit. Organized and administered periodic Management accounts. Company Administration: Attended meetings up to and including board level. Liaised with bankers, insurers, and attorneys and reported accordingly. Electronic Banking Systems and Computerized accounting: Administered electronic and online banking functions, controlled batch and online systems output. Cash Management Credit control and Sales Ledger: Reduced credit days from 54 days to 30 days. Cash Flow, FX deals. Communication Skills and Human Resources: In this position, it gave insight into the views and experiences of employees and customers, and this executive leadership assisted in effectively managing and directing employees and customers to ensure they fulfill organizational goals. Supervised between 12 and 50 staff including appraisal, job evaluation, and employee statutory contributions.

Entity: Oxford Leasing (Pty) Ltd – February 2004 to February 2012
Position: Deputy General Manager
Oxford Leasing (Pty) Ltd is a property management company based in Manzini, Swaziland. Sales and Marketing: Engaged in project management and investments and with foresight and with the advent of the computer industry, moved into the retail and wholesale of computer sales as the computer hardware and software industry was beginning to gain traction in the economy in Eswatini to great success. Accounting role: Other functions involved oversight of the Payroll Department, Accounts Payable, and Debtors department in the company. Human Resources: Over 50 employees were under supervision.

Teaching Experience: Taught Business English to students, Company Directors, and business people in onsite training programs and encouraged and motivated students. Currently teaching kids at Starter level, Advanced Students, and Level 5 Students at Instituto Heslington in Tehuacan.
