  • Developed dashboards for inventory planning, production prioritization, and sales analysis, ensuring only fresh products are at the outlet, improving production planning, and simplifying sales monitoring.
  • Built an inventory-management application for the outlet, reducing stock-handling time by 45 minutes per day and enabling the collection of sales and stock-quality data.
  • Created an application that sped up order-handling by 3 times and enabled reliable sales data collection.
