Anomaly Detection System for PCB Manufacturing (Bachelor Thesis Project)

Developed a complete AI-based anomaly detection application aimed at identifying defective Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in manufacturing by analyzing historical test data. The system utilized a deep learning Autoencoder architecture to learn normal behavior patterns and flag deviations. Key functionalities included data normalization (MinMaxScaler), training/validation using MSE loss, anomaly thresholding, and performance evaluation (Precision, Recall, F1-score). The app featured a custom GUI built with Tkinter for user interaction and visualization of anomaly detection results per PCB ID. The tool significantly improves early defect detection and supports scalable quality control in production environments.

PhotoHub – ASP.NET Core MVC Photo Sharing Platform

Developed a monolithic web application enabling users to register, authenticate via email confirmation, and share photographs.
