Children's volunteer

From 2020 to the present, I have been actively involved as a volunteer within the international organization Mission Without Borders, carrying out weekly educational and recreational activities with children from disadvantaged backgrounds. I have contributed to the organization of summer camps, the distribution of food, hygiene products and winter gifts, as well as to the logistical support of local programs. I have also regularly participated in MWB training seminars, where I gained knowledge about modern educational methods, working with children and the importance of empathy and social responsibility in volunteering.

In the summer of 2024, I participated in the international camp "Youth Without Borders" in Mereseni (Moldova), a project supported by Erasmus+ and MWB, together with young people from Moldova, Romania and Norway. There I was responsible for the technical side, worked in a multicultural team and contributed to workshops on personal development, interculturality and civic engagement. My activity was appreciated by the coordinators and participants for its seriousness, responsibility, and the impact it had on the group.

Introduction to Software Testing Academia Testării
I completed a foundational course in software testing at Academia Testării, where I developed essential skills in manual testing, bug reporting, and test case design. The program provided a strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, defect management, and quality assurance concepts. During the training, I worked with real-world projects and participated in a simulated testing environment, allowing me to apply knowledge in a practical context. I became familiar with:

• Manual Testing: Writing and executing test cases, exploratory testing, smoke and regression testing
• Bug Tracking: Experience using Jira for reporting, tracking, and managing software defects
• Test Documentation: Creating detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Collaboration Tools: Exposure to team communication and documentation using tools such as Confluence
