I started my IT background back in 2008 where I worked as a technician, setting up and maintaining the office’s computer network, doing hardware as well as software related tasks. With time, I went through courses, trainings, internships, such as Data Engineering, Applications Management internship, acquiring and developing coding skills and software frameworks, such as Python, JS, VSCode, Git, REST API, data manipulation and visualization technics like PostgreSQL, DBeaver, Azure and AWS services, ETL tools and so gaining more in-depth knowledge which were used during my work experience. I adapt quickly, being able to work independently as well as in teams, paying attention to details and often finding new or optimizing the existing approaches for the tasks that need to be resolved.

07.2024 – 02.2025 / Product Setup Specialist @ The Customization Group My tasks included configuration and setup of the company’s products following the provided guidelines and testing their functionality both from user’s interface and from back-end, using API requests, SQL queries. My role included tight communication with other teams, such as marketing, design and developers teams in order to ensure that all the requirements and SLA’s are met. For a better coordination between teams within the company, I was creating documentation, PowerPoint presentations and PowerBI reports.

01.2024 – Present / Data Analyst - IT Support @ National Congress of Ukrainians in Moldova [Part-time] This is a project related to data analysis, where I am working mainly with Microsoft Excel, creating reports using functions, pivot tables and diagrams.

04.2021 – 04.2023 / L2 Support - Incident Analyst @ Stefanini As an Incident Analyst, I was providing support for different projects related to retail business. By investigating logs from different sources, I had to detect the problem and fix it independently or escalate it to the competent team. I also had tasks related to databases, involving updates, clean up, data export and generation of reports using Looker.
