With over 10 years of experience in international recruitment, I’ve built and led hiring strategies for startups, scaleups, and enterprise-level companies specializing in IT, product, and executive roles. I’ve successfully closed over 300 hires in 10+ countries, including key positions like CTO, VP of Engineering, Product Managers, and Senior Developers.
My background combines agency and in-house recruiting. I launched and grew an office in Odesa from 0 to 120 people in 4 years for a US-based tech company OpticsPlanet.com and currently support Cody Solutions with global hiring for AI, travel tech, iGaming and product development teams.
I work closely with founders, hiring managers, and delivery teams to deliver results - not just resumes. My focus is on long-term fits, clear communication, and hiring that supports both culture and business growth.
