Frank Technology, a new Scan-Plast and Tunetanken branch in Moldova, is an international company that develops, produces and markets a large number of different products manufactured, wholly or partly, in fibre-reinforced composite materials. We therefore address many different industries and customer groups.
Universal Material Specialist / Composite Product Development
Location: Moldova
Full-time | International Company | Composite Reinforced Materials
As part of our international growth, our company — with production capacities in Denmark and Latvia — is now expanding to Moldova. We produce innovative composite reinforced material products used across multiple sectors: construction, infrastructure, green energy, and beyond.
We are looking for a broad-minded, versatile Material Specialist (or engineer, technologist, or product developer) who can see the full picture, not be limited to one narrow specialty (e.g., just mechanics or only chemical composition).
You will be involved in developing and adapting materials and production processes for global use cases, supporting both local and export markets.
Your mission:
- Help us establish and optimize production in Moldova
- Collaborate with our teams in Denmark and Latvia
- Ensure materials are suitable for a broad variety of applications (mechanical, chemical, UV/weather resistance, aesthetic, functional…)
- Participate in process improvements and innovation
- Take part in testing, certifications, and international quality standards compliance
We value:

- Understanding of composite materials, reinforced materials, or advanced plastics
- Experience with material testing, selection, and optimization
- Good communication — you’ll work with international teams
