About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Chișinău and help improve both internal systems and client-facing platforms. You’ll be involved at every stage of the product design process — from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration — working closely with product manager and developers.
This role includes designing for internal CRM systems, customer dashboards, public websites, and contributing to the growth of our design system.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our product team in Chișinău and help improve both internal systems and client-facing platforms. You’ll be involved at every stage of the product design process — from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration — working closely with product manager and developers.
This role includes designing for internal CRM systems, customer dashboards, public websites, and contributing to the growth of our design system.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for internal platforms (e.g., CRM, back-office tools).
- Create modern UI for external products (e.g., websites, client dashboards).
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Incorporate usability feedback and business insights into your designs.
- Participate in early discovery to shape product direction.
- Document design decisions clearly to support development.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Advanced skills in Figma (Auto Layout, components, design systems, prototyping).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) for visual design and marketing assets.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C platforms.
- Clear communication and ability to justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to solving design challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and working in design-development sprints.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS is a plus).
- English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation.
- Experience with enterprise tools (CRM, ERP, internal platforms).
- Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methods.
- Exposure to motion or interaction design tools.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Use of AI-based tools in design or prototyping workflows.
