Social Media Manager (SMM)

Digitax is Ireland’s first mobile-first, AI-powered tax compliance platform built for selfemployed individuals, sole traders, and gig-economy workers.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a skilled Social
Media Manager to strengthen our online presence across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who will
• take full ownership of content creation, video editing, trend monitoring, and day-to-day
• management of our social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok
• Edit raw video materials into engaging short-form content (reels, TikTok videos, stories)
• Create compelling thumbnails, visuals, and supporting graphics
• Repurpose and recycle existing content to maximise reach
• Adapt videos for various formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, TikTok)
• Monitor platform trends, sounds, viral formats, and implement them in content
• Build and maintain a structured posting calendar
• Manage and publish content across company social media accounts
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and propose improvements
• Work closely with the founder and team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals
• Creating weekly newsletters

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM / Social Media Management
• Strong video-editing skills (short-form content required)
• Ability to independently create visual, text, and video materials
• Good understanding of platform algorithms and viral trends
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good English; Romanian or Russian is an advantage
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok creator tools is preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools
