SMM-manager (Gamedev)

Avantaj Prim is an IT company that develops fintech services and gaming projects for PC, Mobile, and VR/AR platforms.
We are residents of the IT Park, have been on the market for over 20 years, and our team already counts more than 100 professionals.

Responsibilities:

Content and Publication Planning

• Develop content plans for mobile and VR/XR projects: define categories, frequency, and formats (posts, carousels, short-form videos 9:16, stories, streams).
• Create creatives: copy, visuals, short videos, subtitles, and platform-specific adaptations.

Platform Management and Metrics Growth

• Actively manage TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube/Shorts, X, Facebook, Discord, Reddit, and Steam pages: publishing, moderation, responses, CRM tagging.
• Launch engagement mechanics: challenges, UGC campaigns, contests, polls, referral promotions.

Influencer Collaboration

• Identify and onboard creators/streamers, prepare briefs, issue keys/builds, and monitor integrations and deadlines.

Analytics and Optimization

• Set up tracking and generate reports: Reach → CTR → PDP visits → Installs.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, topics, previews, hashtags, and posting times; analyze results and iterate.

Team Synchronization

• Collaborate with producers, game design, and QA: prepare posts for patch notes, releases, playtests, and events; ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in SMM/social media for games or apps; portfolio of work (links/screenshots).
• Understanding of platform algorithms and formats: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Discord, Reddit, Steam.
• Confident in production: copywriting, basic video editing (Premiere/CapCut), graphics (Photoshop/Figma), subtitles, and localization.
• Experience running content mechanics and managing communities (moderation, responses, basic crisis management).
• Strong self-organization: managing content calendars, working in sprints, meticulous documentation (Jira/Confluence/Sheets).
• English B1+/B2: communicating with creators and platforms, reading guides, preparing English-language posts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with VR projects (Meta Quest, Pico, PS VR2) and niche creators; knowledge of VR community nuances.
• Basic performance marketing understanding (Meta Ads/TikTok Ads/Google Ads), comprehension of creative signals and retargeting.
• Experience launching and growing Discord servers (bots, roles, events, rule-based moderation).
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate production (draft copy, storyboards, previews, auto-subtitles) while respecting copyright and brand guidelines.
• Streaming and online presentation skills (OBS/Streamlabs), basic motion graphics (After Effects).
