Role Summary
As our Network & Systems Engineer based at the head office, you will design, deploy, and manage critical infrastructure components across corporate and manufacturing environments. Your mission is to ensure seamless connectivity, high availability, secure systems. This role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on fieldwork in our production facilities.

• Manage, monitor, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
• Manage network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, access points.
• Manage core IT services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, backup, monitoring, virtualization.
• Implement and maintain security policies, firewall configurations, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related incidents.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects and IT initiatives.
• Propose improvements to enhance infrastructure stability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN technologies, firewalls.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus.
