Senior IT Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end, from defining profiles and sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews and securing the right hires. You’ll act as a trusted partner for hiring managers and a connector to the tech talent market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full-cycle IT recruitment process: profile definition, sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Apply advanced sourcing & headhunting to reach both active and passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on needs and priorities.
• Continuously improve ATS workflows for clarity and transparency.
• Define, monitor & analyze recruitment KPIs/OKRs and report insights.
• Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• 4–5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (senior level) with a track record of filling complex tech roles.
• Strong in sourcing, talent mapping & stakeholder management.
• Comfortable leading discussions with managers and working cross-functionally.
• Data-driven mindset: you track results, adjust strategies, and continuously improve.
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Self-starter: able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have / Plus Points

• Experience coordinating recruitment projects or small teams.
• Familiarity with recruitment events (meetups, job fairs, university programs).
• Flexible, curious, and energized by challenges.
