We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that supportour suite of AI-powered avatar solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

- An interactive training platform that helps professionals master high-stakes interactions through AI-powered role-play scenarios and real-time feedback.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that supportour suite of AI-powered avatar solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js.
- Design and implement backend services using Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
- Utilize TypeScript and JavaScript for both frontend and backend development.
- Implement state management using MobX.
- Integrate UI components using Shadcn and Lucide-react.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, and Playwright.
- Implement and manage WebSocket connections for real-time features.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience with React and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries, particularly MobX.
- Familiarity with UI component libraries such as Shadcn and Lucide-react.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, and Playwright.
- Knowledge of WebSocket implementation for real-time applications.
- Understanding of relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of GPU workloads in Kubernetes environments.
