Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor!

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Managers in Logistics to success
- Actively search and engage prospective customers (USA & Canada)
- Set targets, track results, check deadlines
- Assess Team's performance and identify needs
- Organize meetings and trainings for the team
Requirements:
- Dynamic and result-oriented Team leader
- Experience in Sales is a must
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
