Sales Manager (US Market, Labeling Services)

About us

Danco Capital SRL is a dynamic company that provides labeling and product preparation services for international clients, with a strong focus on the US market. We help businesses, including e-commerce sellers and distributors, prepare their goods with all required labels (shipping labels, barcodes, FNSKU, pallet labels, etc.) before delivery to warehouses and Amazon FBA.

Your responsibilities

• Communicate with US clients via calls, chats, and email
• Work with an existing warm client base, while also developing new partnerships
• Promote labeling and prep services (Amazon FBA, shipping labels, barcodes, etc.)
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and manage deals until completion
• Keep CRM updated with client data and sales progress
• Provide professional support to clients to ensure long-term cooperation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or e-commerce related is a plus)
• Advanced English (written & spoken) for direct communication with US clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to manage objections and close deals
• Experience with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA or logistics labeling processes is a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 13:00–22:00 (aligned with US working hours)
