We are an international real estate company actively expanding in global markets, including the dynamic and fast-growing Dubai property sector. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a proactive and people-oriented Online Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, enjoys meaningful conversations, and thrives in a remote work environment.

Mainly property owners — apartments and other real estate assets. We focus on open, respectful communication and offer full support throughout the sales or rental process.

- Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients
- Ensure clients feel supported, understood, and well-guided — become their go-to person
- Previous experience in telephone-based sales and messaging communication
- Fluent Russian and English (C1 level or higher — mandatory)
- Arabic is a strong plus and highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence with empathy
- Tech-savvy, self-organized, and confident in remote work settings
- Professionalism – you understand the sales process, not just follow instructions
- Genuine passion for the job
- Responsibility and accountability in completing tasks
- Quick learning ability and adaptability
