Recruitment Research Executive

An exciting and challenging vacancy in our Global Research Center – Recruitment Research Executive, based in Moldova.

The Global Research Centre is an internal function, offering support to Consultants and offices of Pedersen & Partners around the world.

You will provide first-class research and execution support to a number of our senior Executive Search colleagues. From market research to candidates’ identification, approach and interviewing, all the way through to handling the project deliverables and drafting project reports, the work you perform will be vital to the successful delivery of our services.

Experience/Skills required:

• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• University degree (or last year student)
• Recruitment/executive search experience is NOT a must
• Dedicated, passionate and fast learner with strong willingness to learn
