We’re looking for a Promotion Manager to take our campaigns to the next level — someone who can blend creativity with data-driven strategy to maximize engagement, boost sales, and enhance our brand’s presence across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage promotional campaigns across email, social media, website, and partner channels.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, sales events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and creative teams to align promotional strategies with business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI and customer engagement.
• Manage budgets for discounts, affiliate deals, and other collaborations.
• Oversee promotional calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities to propose fresh and competitive ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, promotion management, or digital campaign strategy.
• Proven track record of driving sales through strategic promotions.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AI/GPT, Amazon, Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to marketing initiatives.
• A strong level of English and Russian - both written and verbal- is required.
