Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience who can lead projects end-to-end while diving into complex user cases when needed. A background in Manual QA or completed QA courses is a strong plus — in this role, you’ll not only manage processes but also help ensure product quality, uncover issues, and support the team in delivering improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle: planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
• Analyze complex user cases and identify root causes of issues.
• Define, assign, and track tasks for the development team.
• Participate in manual testing of new and existing features, anticipate edge cases, and improve logic together with developers.
• Document feature requests and bug reports, and manage the entire bug lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with both users and the internal team.
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (web, SaaS, analytics, or e-commerce).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Manual QA or completed QA courses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English at Intermediate+ level (comfortable in writing and calls).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to dive into numbers and logic.
