Description of Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Implementation Manager eager to make a significant impact within our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and key stakeholders during the implementation process and be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects. The Project Implementation Manager will own the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring it meets objectives, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, accountability, and knowledge of project management methodologies. Strong communication skills are essential to connect and build lasting relationships with our customers and other stakeholders involved in the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with UK and USA-based customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
• Become an expert in Key IVR's products and use this knowledge to consult and support customers in implementing the best features and products for their needs.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports.
• Monitor and control project quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address project issues promptly and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project records are complete and accurate.
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or related roles in IT
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented to ensure all aspects of the project are managed effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar area, product, or fintech will be an advantage.
