Product Support Agent

We are seeking a Product Support Agent who will work with customers to help them use and understand our products.

About the job
Answering phone calls and responding to email queries from customers.
Usually, the queries are about how to use a feature or whether there is an issue with the product, and in that case, you would flag that for the relevant personnel.

About You
No experience is necessary. The only requirements we have are:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• You like computers/software and actually care about what smartphone you have - none of this "can you fix it for me."
• A "Can Do" attitude
