Job: process incoming calls, register orders, and coordinate delivery of service.
Hours: 07:00 - 16:00/13:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 - 07:00
Multilingual shift: 16:00 - 01:00 +Taxi back home
1-hour lunch break, 2 day-offs each week.

- Upper-intermediate or fluent English, Georgian and Russian;
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills;
- Stress resistance, conflict resolution, and problem-solving;
- Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality;
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching;
- User-level computer literacy.
