What You’ll Be Doing:

• You won’t just manage trucks — you’ll be at the core of our business, trusted to:
• Negotiate smart, high-paying loads
• Coordinate daily freight for 5–6 trucks
• Solve real-time problems like a pro
• Be the daily point of contact between drivers and brokers
• Keep operations smooth, efficient, and stress-free

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluent English skills – written and spoken
• 6+ months experience as a dispatcher or in logistics
• Killer negotiation and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure, fast on your feet
• Available for the evening shift: Mon–Fri, 15:00–24:00
