Office Manager Remote Finance Team (Chișinău)

We’re Hiring: Office Manager (Chișinău, On-site)

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a dynamic office environment? We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team at Remote Finance Team in central Chișinău.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both local and international colleagues. You’ll cover everything from office supplies and onboarding to admin support and team events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Office Supplies & Kitchen Maintenance
• Order water, coffee, tea, and kitchen items
• Keep track of office supply stock and reorder when needed
• Buy fruits and snacks for the office

Office Equipment & Maintenance

• Coordinate repairs (e.g. ventilation, printer, coffee machine)
• Manage service contracts and furniture replacements
• Set up desks and workstations for new hires
• Handle office keys and access cards

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare welcome packs and basic onboarding info

Finance & Admin Support

• Gather purchase invoices and prepare time tracking reports
• Document small expenses and handle lunch orders

IT & Equipment Support

• Contacting IT support with troubleshooting
• Keep track of company-owned equipment

Team Engagement & HR Support

• Organize teambuildings and track birthdays
• Support travel insurance arrangements for NL trips
• Welcome visitors and assist with candidate CV screening

Who You Are

• You’re proactive, organized, and love variety
• You’re comfortable handling multiple tasks independently
• You speak and write English at a working level
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong plus
