What You’ll Be Driving:

Developing and maintaining product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business goals, and feasibility;
Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution;
Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture;
Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends;
Overseeing the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch;
Ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious product delivery;
Gathering and leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvement;
Identifying and mitigating risks across the product lifecycle;
Defining KPIs and using data analytics to measure and improve product performance;
Communicating product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders;
Aligning with other departments to support product initiatives;
Mentoring and developing junior team members.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

2+ years of experience in product roles;
Strong skills in customer research, pain point discovery, and solution validation;
Experience in product discovery, planning, and writing specifications;
Solid understanding of business metrics and ability to build business cases;
Familiarity with software architecture principles and collaboration with tech teams;
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork;
Confident use of JIRA, Confluence, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma);
Ability to analyze data and apply insights to product decisions;
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills;
Strategic mindset with adaptability and decision-making under uncertainty.
