Our marketing team is the engine behind our brand storytelling, customer acquisition, and global expansion—and we’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join us.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, performance marketing, and digital branding. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand affinity across all of our marketing channels.
This is an opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brands in a highly competitive, premium category—working across email, social media, web, paid campaigns, presentations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Assets
Design creative for performance campaigns across Meta, Google, KAYAK, Skyscanner, and affiliate platforms. - Email and CRM
Create newsletter layouts, promotional banners, and content blocks optimized for mobile and desktop. - Web & UX Support
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to design landing pages, website graphics, interstitials, and CTAs. - Brand Identity
Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines across Business-Class.com, IQTRIP, and other BTG properties. Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. - Presentations & Pitch Decks
Design high-impact slides for internal use, investor updates, and client pitches (especially for enterprise and film production clients). - Motion & Video
If skilled, create lightweight animations or edit short-form video for ads and social channels. - Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand needs and deliver assets under tight deadlines. - Broader Brand Stewardship
Occasionally support internal communications and office branding initiatives to ensure a consistent brand experience across both external and internal touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and performance-oriented work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for email, social, web, and ads.
- Understanding of conversion-optimized design and the aesthetics of luxury, travel, and tech.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury consumer sectors.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Webflow, or HTML/CSS basics.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs and working alongside performance teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, etc.).
