What We're Looking For:

• Strong English skills for speaking and writing (Spanish is a big plus);
• Courtesy and politeness in communication;

• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.;
• Stress resistance and ability to multitask;
• Knowledge of safety regulations in the US and/or experience in logistics (optional, training provided);
• Responsibility and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hire drivers and ensure compliance with safety standards;
• Monitor and communicate with drivers regarding safety practices;
• Keep monthly and quarterly updates and reports;
• Refresh and maintain information in the CRM system;
• Mediate and document accident cases.
