Logistics Coordinator with Experience

TVA Logistics is a premier freight transportation and logistics company, specializing in the expedited transport of both refrigerated and dry freight loads across the United States.
We are excited to expand our team and are looking for new members to join as Logistics Coordinators in our Chișinău office.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient English Skills: Strong command of English is essential.
• Proven Experience: Previous experience, of 1 year in this role is required.
• Sense of Responsibility: We value reliable and responsible team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned trucks and provide guidance to drivers.
• Communicate with the planning team about any difficulties in plan execution, propose solutions, and adjust instructions to drivers accordingly.
• Ensure the correct receipt of transport documentation.
• Address unforeseen issues faced by drivers, offering necessary information and support.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
