JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directly executing orders from Head of Department (legal department), implementing short-term and long-term plans and tasks, in compliance of deadlines.
Analyzes existing contracts between the company and suppliers/clients and adapts them in accordance with current legislation in the company's best interests.
Analyzes documents provided by other departments and provides legal consultations on them.
Continuously updates information on new legislative changes and makes these changes available to relevant parties within the company.
Verifies and maintains records of contracts with legal entities providing services and business partners.
Responsible for recording, correspondence, and archiving of company documents and with other legal entities.
Analyzes and drafts legal documents for the company.
Provides legal assistance to the company before law enforcement agencies, government institutions, and other competent authorities. Adheres to non-disclosure agreements regarding confidential information and trade secrets.
Travels to various institutions related to the company's activities when necessary (notary, translator, local/central government authorities, etc.).
Maintains communication with business partners, receiving and forwarding emails using various social networking applications when necessary.
Participates in business trips related to work matters.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Higher Legal education.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Proficiency in Russian, Romanian, and English languages (B2-C1 level).
Business correspondence skills.
Advanced knowledge of civil law in the Republic of Moldova, business law, labor law, and their interpretation in relation to relevant legislative acts.
Strong understanding of international public/private law.
Ability to research and analyze complex information from various sources, assess options, and propose and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and concisely to professionals without legal experience.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
