Your role:
As part of our recruitment team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter Specialist with an educational background in Economics to support the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate is a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to build a stable career in Human Resources, develop professionally in a dynamic environment, and contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR managers across the company to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates through the ATS and proactively engaging passive candidates through databases and social media.
• Supporting and coordinating all phases of the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling onsite interviews.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting priorities.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• A communicative, structured, and adaptable personality, with a positive attitude in interactions with colleagues and candidates.
• Educational background in Economics – we are particularly interested in candidates who are final-year students or recent graduates, motivated to secure a stable position where they can continue to develop professionally in a dynamic environment.
