What You’ll Be Driving:

Drafting of minutes and resolutions, Power of Attorneys, etc;
Communicating with corporate agents on matters of signing, updating corporate documents, etc;
Informing colleagues on any corporate changes;
Organizing the translation and certification of documents;
Documentation and recordkeeping;
Filling in the KYC forms;
Conducting preliminary legal research;
Monitor changes in laws and follow best corporate practices.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

6+ months of proven experience as a legal assistant / junior lawyer;
Basic knowledge of corporate structures, governance principles, and regulatory requirements;
Ability to assist with internal audits and ensure corporate policies are followed;
Ability to draft and review a variety of corporate documents, including minutes, resolutions, and Powers of Attorney;
Ability to fill in KYC form;
Ability to conduct preliminary legal research, monitor changes in laws, and analyze legal information;
Excellent organizational skills for documentation and recordkeeping;
Clear and effective communication with colleagues, corporate agents, and other external parties to facilitate tasks like document signing, documents;
Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken;
Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
