Junior Finance Controller | Balti, MD

To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Controller to join our finance team and support financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Higher education (or ongoing studies) in the economic field in Finance / Economics
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Romanian and English are mandatory
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Proactive attitude and strong willingness for continuous improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistance in preparing budgets and periodic forecasts
• Analysis and explanation of variances
• Financial data compilation and check
• Compilation and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assistance in the preparation of financial reports
• Collaboration with other departments for relevant data collection
