JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own project planning, timelines, scope, and delivery across tech initiatives
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UX, Biz) in Agile environments
• Proactively manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and governance
• Optimize delivery practices and champion continuous improvement
• Apply data-driven decision-making, design thinking, and UI/UX best practices

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 3+ years in IT project/delivery management, ideally in software or tech-driven environments
• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., development processes, APIs, system architecture)
• Familiarity with design thinking, UI/UX principles, and data validation (A/B testing, etc.)
