HR Specialist

In this role you will:

  • Prepare, store, and distribute employee work contracts.
  • Enter and update employee records in company systems.
  • Manage and update employee permits and required documents in external platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Any experience with Microsoft Excel and eager to develop data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Minimum English level B1.
  • Experience working with data is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible option to work 6 hours daily.
