HR Specialist on the US market
TVA Logistics is growing fast, and we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our US recruitment team.
No experience? That’s fine.
We’ll teach you everything — what matters is your mindset, communication, and ability to think on your feet.
What we’re looking for
- C1 level English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills — you’re confident on the phone
- Fast learner with good judgment
- Responsible and well-organized
- Able to handle pressure and keep things moving
- Background in sales or customer support is a plus
What you’ll be doing
- Talk to drivers from the US daily (calls, follow-ups)
- Pre-screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Ask the right questions and identify qualified applicants
- Keep records clean and updated
- Support onboarding and communication with new hires
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
