HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various office and operational positions within the company.
• Source, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process with department managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancy announcements.
• Monitor labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support various administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Russian (B2 level or higher).
• Previous recruitment experience is required.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with administrative or HR support tasks is considered an advantage.
