HR Generalist (hands-on)

DJOFRA-M Group is a manufacturing company with over 15 years of experience, actively expanding its production capacity and business scale. Due to the company’s growth, we are opening the position of HR Generalist (hands-on).

We are not looking for a manager. We are looking for a strong, practical HR professional who is ready to work directly with people, documentation, and processes — bringing structure, maintaining order, and supporting stable HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role requires someone who can respond flexibly to business needs, adapt quickly, and confidently “surf the waves” of daily operational challenges.

Responsibilities
HR Administration & Personnel Records

  • Coordination of personnel files in compliance with labor legislation, together with the HR administration specialist
  • Tracking vacations, sick leaves, and monthly timesheets in cooperation with the HR administration specialist

Work with Foreign Employees

  • Preparation and ongoing support of documentation for foreign employees
  • Monitoring document validity and maintaining proper records
  • Regular communication with employees regarding document processing and renewals
  • Patient and clear explanation of procedures, taking cultural differences into account

Recruitment (as needed)

  • Posting job openings (primarily blue-collar and production roles)
  • Initial candidate screening and participation in interviews
  • Support in hiring and onboarding processes

HR Processes & Discipline

  • Participation in optimizing and structuring HR processes
  • Monitoring labor discipline
  • Daily communication with employees and management on HR-related matters

Corporate Life

  • Participation in the development and implementation of motivation programs
  • Organization of corporate events, celebrations, and activities for factory employees
  • Support of a healthy, respectful, and disciplined working environment

Administrative Tasks

  • Periodic city trips for document-related matters (as required)
  • Interaction with internal and external counterparts within the HR function

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or personnel administration
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience working with 1C Cadre
  • Experience with HR documentation — mandatory; experience supporting foreign employees — an advantage
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and diverse teams
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Patience, stress resistance, and strong cultural intelligence
  • Willingness to perform hands-on work and optimize processes

Languages

  • Russian — mandatory
  • Romanian — mandatory
  • English — mandatory (working level)

Working Conditions & Growth

  • Office-based role
  • Full-time schedule: 08:00–17:00
