HR Director (Full-Time / Part-Time) – Chișinău

FlyLuxury, a travel agency specializing in business and first-class flights, is looking for an HR Director to help us build a strong and results-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the hiring process for our sales department (top priority)
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, selection, onboarding
• Support and develop HR processes related to performance, engagement, and adaptation
• Provide guidance to leadership on team-building and HR-related decisions
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience (preferably in sales recruitment)
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring successful sales candidates
• Fluent English – C1 or higher (mandatory)
• Fluent Romanian and Russian (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Confident PC user (Google Workspace, MS Office, recruitment platforms)
