Fraud Prevention and Revenue Assurance Expert
Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Fraud Prevention and Revenue Assurance Expert.
The objective of this job is to develop, perform and monitor processes and controls that help prevent and reduce revenue loss & fraud costs within the organization via transversal collaboration and business operations support.
what you will be doing:
- Assist in developing a Fraud & Revenue Assurance Roadmap identifying strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the existing platforms in Orange Moldova;
- Act as a project manager for F&RA related initiatives;
- Analyze customer complaints and promptly react on any fraud related issues;
- Deploy, localize, document and follow-up GFRA Telco modules;
- Investigate fraud cases and support reengineering of processes in order to mitigate future fraud risks;
- Evaluate new products and services within TTM process, for fraud and revenue assurance risks and propose relevant recommendations for risks mitigation. Follow up risk mitigation actions;
- Perform service and subscriber level access reconciliation;
- Perform recurrent analysis on Handset and Equipment export fraud;
- Revenue Assurance Dashboards monitoring;
- Deploy and maintain up to date revenue assurance maps;
- Organize training on fraud awareness for Orange employees;
- Develop fraud prevention rules in the Fraud Management System application;
- Recognize, prioritize and respond to alerts generated by the Fraud Management System;
- Design and implementation of controls and programs to prevent and detect non-telco fraud and assessing the effectiveness of existing controls to reduce the likelihood and impact of non-telco fraud;
- Focus on processes improvement and efficiency increase considering industry specific trends and solutions (Machine Learning; RPA; Big Data, Artificial Intelligence etc.)
what we are looking for:
- University degree in technical studies, economics/finance;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within the Company, telecommunication industry or another appropriate area;
- Understanding Company’s business processes & procedures, as well as good understanding of cross functional processes;
- Data analysis and creative problem-solving skills; ability to investigate, document and maintain records accurately;
- Excellent project coordination, planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with understanding of data analysis techniques;
- SQL/VBA knowledge is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills;
- Proficiency in Romanian, English;
- Ability to embrace changes and adopt new skills/tools.
